I have taken Rose Debate classes for almost a year now, and the quality just gets better and better. I took part in my school's debate club (which was run by them) and participated in their July debate classes. When I first signed up for debate club, I didn't really think it would be really beneficial. To me, it was just a way to practice debate and keep my technique intact. However, on the first day of debate club, I was blown away with the creativity and practicality of every exercise. We learned something new every session. Even though I was just looking for debate practice, RDI provided us with public speaking activities, critical thinking exercises, and even writing projects. Everything was incredibly fun and productive.
As for RDI online classes, they aren't your typical extracurricular online classes. I take quite a few online classes, and from my experience, Rose Debate's online classes are by far the most similar to their in person classes. While the entire online class ordeal wears down the quality of most classes, Rose Debate's classes are constantly improving and pretty much haven't been affected by COVID 19.
